1 1/2 oz KOVAL Four Grain Whiskey
3/4 oz KOVAL Chrysanthemum & Honey
Liqueur
1/2 oz Bittermens Commonwealth
Tonic Liqueur
3/4 oz Lime juice
1/4 oz Ginger Syrup
Shake, strain over ice, and top with
Crispin Browns Lane Cider.

Steph's Sour

Scot Mattox, Iris, New Orleans, LA

1 1/2 oz KOVAL Rye Whiskey
3/4 oz KOVAL Chrysanthemum & Honey
Liqueur
3/4 oz Lemon juice
1/2 oz Simple syrup
6 Drops Dutch's Colonial Bitters
1 Barspoon Egg white
Dry shake the egg white. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice. Shake, strain over ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with a rinsed Luxardo cherry.

3/4 oz KOVAL Chrysanthemum & Honey Liqueur
1/2 oz Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth
1 Dropper full Brooklyn Bitters - Black Mission Fig
Stir, strain over ice into a rocks glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist.

Spanish Kashmir

1 1/2 oz Chrysanthemum & Honey Liqueur
3/4 oz KOVAL Four Grain Whiskey
1/4 oz Green Chartreuse
1 Barspoon Pure fruit apricot jam
1 Dash Fee Brothers Old-Fashioned Bitters
Shake and strain over ice into a rocks glass.
Garnish with a dried apricot.
