Regular Hours
The Tasting Room generally operates Monday through Thursday from 4 to 10 PM, Friday from 3 to 10 PM, Saturday from 12 to 10 PM, and Sunday from 12 to 8 PM. Occasionally, hours may vary due to private events or special occasions. For those who enjoy the outdoors, KOVAL’s patio offers an inviting space to sip and savor in a scenic setting, weather permitting. With comfortable seating and a relaxed ambiance, the patio is a delightful spot to unwind with friends, enjoy the warmth of Chicago’s sunnier days, or take in a crisp fall evening while sampling KOVAL’s offerings. Outdoor patio hours are weather dependent. Seating is first come, first served.
