KOVAL Cranberry Gin Liqueur offers an enticing blend of fruit-forward and bittersweet flavors, surrounded by the crisp, well-rounded notes of KOVAL Gin's signature 13 botanicals. The Beverage Testing Institute awarded it 95 points and a Gold Medal ("Exceptional"). Wine Enthusiast gave it 89 points, calling it "tart and bracing, finishing with lemony brightness and a slight rosewater exhale."

Tasting Profile

Nose: Herbs, bright red fruits, slightly floral. Juniper and spruce with prominent cranberry.

Palate: Tart, bracing cranberry with red currants. Botanical notes from the 13-botanical gin base come through -- bittersweet and well-balanced. Not overly sweet.

Finish: Lemony brightness with a slight rosewater exhale. Clean botanical finish.

Production

KOVAL Cranberry Gin Liqueur begins with the same Dry Gin -- an organic rye white whiskey base redistilled with 13 botanicals using only the heart cut (the best 60% of the distillate). Cranberry is then added to create a fruit-forward liqueur at 60 proof (30% ABV) that bridges the gap between spirit and aperitif.

Certified organic by MOSA, kosher by the Orthodox Union (OU), and produced at a woman-owned distillery in Chicago.
