Tasting Profile
Nose: Lavender, juniper, gingerbread, white pepper, incense, and fir resin. Complex floral and spiced aromatics.
Palate: Juniper, myrtle, lemon balm, sage, fresh wheat, chrysanthemum, lavender, and fir tips. Creamy and full-bodied -- an unusual mouthfeel for gin.
