3/4 oz | Lime juice |
1/4 oz | Ginger Syrup |
Shake, strain over ice, and top with Crispin Browns Lane Cider. |

3/4 oz | Lemon juice |
1/2 oz | Simple syrup |
6 Drops | Dutch's Colonial Bitters |
1 Barspoon | Egg white |
Dry shake the egg white. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice. Shake, strain over ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with a rinsed Luxardo cherry. |
