2 oz	KOVAL Millet Whiskey
1/2 oz	KOVAL Ginger Liqueur
3/4 oz	Lemon juice
1/2 oz	Maple syrup
Shake, strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with an orange peel

My Mother Was A Ginger

1 1/2 oz	KOVAL Four Grain
1 oz	KOVAL Ginger Liqueur
1/4 oz	KOVAL Chrysanthemum & Honey Liqueur
1 oz	Raw sugar ginger syrup
1/2 oz	Lemon juice
1/2 oz	Lime juice
Shake, strain over ice into a rocks glass.

1 oz	KOVAL Ginger Liqueur
1 1/2 oz	Pimm's
1 oz	Lemon juice
1/2 oz	Simple syrup
Muddle cucumber. Shake, strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a mint sprig.
