Ingredients
- 2 oz KOVAL Bourbon
- 1 sugar cube
- 2-3 dashes Angostura bitters
- Orange peel for garnish
- Cherry for garnish
Instructions
- Place sugar cube in old fashioned glass
- Add bitters and muddle until dissolved
- Add bourbon and large ice cube
- Stir gently for 30 seconds
- Express orange peel over drink and drop in
- Garnish with cherry
Tips
- Use a large ice cube to prevent dilution
- Don't over-muddle the sugar - you want it dissolved, not chunky
- Fresh orange peel makes all the difference

For the best cocktails, always use fresh citrus juice. The flavor difference between fresh-squeezed and bottled juice is night and day!
