KOVAL Dry Gin is made from certified organic grain sourced from farms practicing sustainable and regenerative agriculture, located close to our Chicago distillery. Every bottle is traceable back to the organic farm where the grain was grown. We mash and distill the base alcohol ourselves, unlike most gins, which are made from industrial neutral grain spirit purchased from large commodity producers. Our dual botanical process marries juniper, rose hips, grains of paradise, and 10 other botanicals into a 94-proof gin that is anything but quiet.
