KOVAL’s Private Single Barrel program puts the selection entirely in your hands. You taste directly from our active inventory — Rye, Bourbon, Four Grain, and specialty expressions — each barrel unique in its aging character, wood influence, and flavor development.
Once you choose your barrel, every bottle produced from it is yours. Hand-filled from locally milled, certified organic grain at our Ravenswood distillery, each bottle is individually numbered, dated, and personally labeled with your name or your brand.

Bourbon
Comprised solely of corn and millet. Balanced and approachable, with notes of mango chutney and vanilla, finishing on peppery caramel.
Rye
A mash bill of 100% rye grain — the purest expression possible. Fresh and bright, with mellow sweet notes of maple and candy corn, and a classically spicy finish.
Four Grain
Distilled from oat, malted barley, rye and wheat. Banana sweetness, rich earthen tones, and a smooth creamy palate. Perfect straight or with a sphere of ice.
Bottled in Bond Bourbon & Rye
Our classic Bourbon and Rye, aged for a minimum of four years and bottled at precisely 100 proof — the epitome of their kinds.
Thresh & Winnow Millet Bottled in Bond
For those seeking a millet barrel: this 100% organic millet whiskey is aged four years and bottled at 100 proof under the Thresh & Winnow label. Honeysuckle and amber on the nose, browned butter and orchard apple on the palate, with a calm camomile finish.
Maple Syrup Cask Finish Rye
100% organic rye aged in maple syrup casks for added sweetness and depth. Cinnamon spice, tart cherry, molasses, and a long creamy chai-tea finish.
Amburana Cask Finish Rye
A rare expression finished in Brazilian Amburana barrels. Grain-forward spiciness, vanilla, cardamom, coconut, and cinnamon throughout the drink.
