The Prince Park Tower's Yukiko Watanabe mixes up a KOVAL Dry Gin cocktail inspired by the transition from summer to fall in Japan. The beautifully knotted lime peel is a symbol for the bridge connecting American-made spirits and Japanese ingredients.   

 

Summer Rain 

1.5 oz KOVAL Dry Gin 

1.5 oz Japanese pear juice 

.25 oz Sakura extract 

.25 oz Lemon juice

Serve over ice, add lime peel to garnish
