4 oz Saison/Farmhouse Ale style beer – we used Begyle's Bushel and a Peck (Peach & Honey)

1 oz KOVAL Sunchoke Spirit

1/2 oz KOVAL Orange Blossom Liqueur

Tastes great up, or served over ice
