Tasting Profile

Nose: Slightly confectionery with pecan shortbread, grapefruit rind, and piney juniper. An unusual nuttiness.

Palate: Citrus prominent -- grapefruit, ginger, and cassia warmth. Mid-palate toasted biscotti with fennel and aniseed. Pine-forward juniper. A floral, hay-like quality with pithy grapefruit and lemon.

Finish: Higher side of astringent and warm. Distant pine needle with unaged rye hints.
