DRY GIN RECIPES


Green Market Cocktail

Michael Mattersberger, Austria

1 1/2 oz KOVAL Dry Gin
3 1/4 oz Cloudy or Fresh Apple Juice
1/4 oz Agave Syrup
1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
2 Slices Fresh Cucumber
Put all ingredients in a mixing glass and
muddle. Shake with ice and double strain
into a chilled, tall glass with ice. Garnish with a
slice of fresh cucumber and a pinch of sea salt.

KOVAL Pride Smash

1 1/2 oz KOVAL Dry Gin
1/4 oz KOVAL Ginger Liqueur
1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 oz Simple Syrup
1 Dash The Bitter Truth Celery Bitters
1 Bunch Fresh Basil
Place the basil into a cocktail shaker, and muddle.
Add the simple syrup and mix. Fill shaker with ice
and add the rest of the ingredients.
Shake vigorously and double-strain into a
ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with a basil leaf.

Windy City & Tonic

Michael Mattersberger, Austria

1 1/2 oz KOVAL Dry Gin
1/4 oz KOVAL Ginger Liqueur
4-5 Mint Leaves
1 Slice Cucumber
1 Wedge Lime
4 oz Tonic Water
Put all ingredients into a tall glass
with ice and fill up with tonic water.

Basil Gimlet

Kelly Nyikes, KOVAL Distillery

1 1/2 oz KOVAL Dry Gin
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
4-5 Medium Basil Leaves
2 Large Lime Wedges
1 Wedge Lime
Splash Soda Water
Muddle basil, lime, and simple syrup in shaker.
Add Gin and ice, shake, strain into glass
and top with soda water.
