DRY GIN RECIPES
Green Market Cocktail

1 1/2 oz | KOVAL Dry Gin |
3 1/4 oz | Cloudy or Fresh Apple Juice |
1/4 oz | Agave Syrup |
1/2 oz | Fresh Lemon Juice |
2 Slices | Fresh Cucumber |
Put all ingredients in a mixing glass and muddle. Shake with ice and double strain into a chilled, tall glass with ice. Garnish with a slice of fresh cucumber and a pinch of sea salt. |
KOVAL Pride Smash

1 1/2 oz | KOVAL Dry Gin |
1/4 oz | KOVAL Ginger Liqueur |
1/2 oz | Fresh Lemon Juice |
1/4 oz | Simple Syrup |
1 Dash | The Bitter Truth Celery Bitters |
1 Bunch | Fresh Basil |
Place the basil into a cocktail shaker, and muddle. Add the simple syrup and mix. Fill shaker with ice and add the rest of the ingredients. Shake vigorously and double-strain into a ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with a basil leaf. |
Windy City & Tonic

1 1/2 oz | KOVAL Dry Gin |
1/4 oz | KOVAL Ginger Liqueur |
4-5 | Mint Leaves |
1 Slice | Cucumber |
1 Wedge | Lime |
4 oz | Tonic Water |
Put all ingredients into a tall glass with ice and fill up with tonic water. |
Basil Gimlet

1/2 oz | Simple Syrup |
4-5 | Medium Basil Leaves |
2 | Large Lime Wedges |
1 Wedge | Lime |
Splash | Soda Water |
Muddle basil, lime, and simple syrup in shaker. Add Gin and ice, shake, strain into glass and top with soda water. |
