Food Truck Wednesdays (and one on Saturday!)

Koval is teaming up with local Chicago food trucks for our Distillery Tour! Come enjoy some local spirits and grub in Ravenswood throughout January. The food trucks will set up shop outside our distillery (5121 N Ravenswood) an hour before the tour begins. And it will stay until we are finished with the tour so you can eat before or afterward. The schedule is below - and make sure to reserve tickets to the distillery tour since they frequently sell out (tour lasts 1 1/2 hours).

Wed January 11: Koval Tour with Getta Polpetta (Tour at 7pm)

Wed January 18: Koval Tour with Duck N Roll (Tour at 7pm)

Wed January 25: Koval Tour with TaqueroFusion (Tour at 7pm)

Sat January 28: Koval Tours with ChicaGourmets and Paul Kahan's BIG STAR Food Truck for DIY TACO BAR! (Tours at 3pm and 5pm)

Winter Brew with Chicago Breweries and Koval on Sat January 28!

They just had to throw a distillery into the mix! Come join us for an evening of local beer from Chicago's favorite breweries and whiskey & cocktails by Koval. In conjunction with the Lincoln Square Chamber of Commerce and the Square Keg Home Brew Club, Fountainhead and The Grafton, Koval will be represented along with 5 Rabbit, Half Acre, Metropolitan, Finch's and Revolution. Get your tickets for this Saturday night bash on January 28!

Here are some of our favorite spots this month to find our spirits in Chicago. Check out the Creole Manhattan at Nana Organic in Bridgeport, the Chrysanthemum Cocktail at Hot Chocolate in Bucktown, or find our Bierbrand at Archie's Bar in Ukrainian Village (they also make a mean cider!), the Kentucky Collins at Rockwell's Neighborhood Grill, and the Ginger Beer Cocktail at The Grafton (yes, it's a beertail!).
