Koval at Tales of the Cocktail in New Orleans this week!
Koval will be representing Chicago with many of our esteemed bartenders in New Orleans this year for the annual Tales of the Cocktail! Bartenders from all over the nation (and world) overtake New Orleans the week of July 20-24 to learn about spirits and the art of making the perfect cocktail. This year, a special event called 'Meet the Craft Distillers' highlights small craft distilleries like yours truly. We are excited and honored to be a part of the is wonderful event. National Distillery Ambassador, Meg Bell, and Southern Ambassador, Jen Gambel, will be around town with our single-grain whiskeys and liqueurs!

New 2000 Liter German Pot Still featured in our Summer Distillery Tours

We just installed a stunning new custom-made pot still that clocks in at 2000 liters! Compared to our current pot still of only 300 liters, this beauty is soon to be making whiskey for Chicago and beyond. Come visit Koval for one of our scheduled tours to see the still and learn our process of making whiskey.
Koval features distillery tours every week this summer. Escape the heat and sip on our delightful spirits as you learn about our spirits. Tours are usually every Wednesday at 7pm and Saturday at 3pm and 5pm (Reservations required via the website since we only have limited space!)

Summer-sipping whiskey!
There are a number of places about town to get our Lion's Pride Whiskey. With it's delicate fruitiness and soft vanilla notes, it can be the perfect whiskey to sip this summer. Some of our new favorite spots around town include Jerry's Sandwiches (they have a ton of new whiskeys!), Fountainhead, Maria's Package Goods, Lady Gregory's, and Bar Bar Black Sheep (they won't put bacon in your whiskey, but they will on everything else).
