Our staff will explain the differences between white and aged whiskey, the subtle intricacies of distillation, and the delicious beauty of small-batch spirits. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. When do you have tours?
Every Wednesday at 7pm, Saturday at 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5pm, and Sunday at 2, 3 and 4pm - though these times are subject to change. Click "BOOK NOW" for a list of currently scheduled tours.
2. How long do tours usually last?
Tours usually last about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
3. Why don't see the date and time for which I wanted to book a tour?
We usually release the tour schedule a week or so before the start of the next month and allow a maximum of 30 registrants. If you don't see a regularly scheduled tour time, it is probably sold out!
4. Do I need to make a reservation or can I just show up?
It is a small space and everybody needs a little whiskey, thus prepaid reservations are strongly recommended. We can accept walk-ins, but tours more often than not sell out in advance.
5. How do I make reservations?
Click BOOK NOW to see our upcoming dates and times. Select your preferred time, and input your reservation information. The page will automatically direct you to a payment window to complete your booking.
6. Can I pay at the door?
Yes, but reservations require advance payment.
7. I have passes for a free tour. What do I do?
Register normally, but under payment options, select "Complimentary Pass." Be sure to bring the pass(es) with you!
8. Do you mail tour tickets?
No. Please have your email confirmation available - paperless is appreciated!
9. May I change or cancel my reservation?
Yes, but please advise at least 3 days in advance of the tour by contacting us. If you forgot about the tour for which you paid or unexpectedly cannot make it, email us. We wish to best accommodate your needs but we also thank you for being considerate of our tour guides!
10. I'd like to book a private tour.
Please contact us and we will be happy to work with you to arrange a private tour or cocktail class.
11. Are children allowed on the tour?
Yes. However, please be courteous of your fellow patrons and keep disruptions to a minimum. Should you need to step away from the tour, we welcome you to continue your experience in our store.
