Millet Ginger Rush

2 oz KOVAL Millet Whiskey
1/2 oz KOVAL Ginger Liqueur
3/4 oz Lemon juice
1/2 oz Maple syrup
Shake, strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish with an orange peel

1 1/2 oz KOVAL Millet Whiskey
1/2 oz High West Silver Rye Whiskey
1/4 oz Orange Liqueur
3/4 oz Lemon juice
3/4 oz Cinnamon syrup
Shake, strain over ice into a rocks glass.

1 1/2 oz KOVAL Millet Whiskey
1/2 oz Kina L'Avion d'Or bby Tempus Fugit
1/2 oz Benedictine
3/4 oz Lemon juice
1 Dash Bittermans chocolate mole bitters
Shake and serve into a cocktail glass.

Cherry Collins

2 oz KOVAL Millet Whiskey
1 oz Lemon juice
1/2 oz Simple syrup
1/2 oz Blood orange purée
Muddled Mint
Mix all ingredients and ice in a Collins glass
Top with Cheerwine Cherry Soda and
garnish with a mint sprig.

Millet Old Fashion

2 oz KOVAL Millet Whiskey
1 Bar spoon Kronan Swedish Punsch
1 Bar spoon Simple syrup
1 Dash Orange bitters
1 Dash Angostura bitters
Stir and pour over one large ice cube
in a rocks glass. Express oils of both
lemon and orange twists.
