1/2 oz | Dolin Dry Vermouth |
1/2 oz | KOVAL Rose Hip Liqueur |
2 Dashes | Angostura Bitters |
Stir, strain into a cocktail glass, and garnish with a lemon twist. |
Lion's Breath

3 oz | KOVAL Rye Whiskey |
1-2 tsp | Anise simple syrup to taste |
1 dash | Bitters |
Stir, strain into a rocks glass, and garnish with a large lemon peel. *To make anise simple syrup: Bring fresh anise - including blossoms, leaves, and stems - to a boil with equal parts water and sugar. Cool and strain. |
The High Ryes

1 oz | North Shore Aquavit |
1/2 oz | KOVAL Caraway Liqueur |
1/2 oz | Honey Syrup |
1 dash | Bittercube Orange Bitters |
Shake, Strain into a chilled rocks glass and garnish with a lemon twist. |
Steph's Sour
Scot Mattox, Iris, New Orleans, LA
1 1/2 oz | KOVAL Rye Whiskey |
3/4 oz | KOVAL Chrysanthemum & Honey Liqueur |
3/4 oz | Lemon juice |
1/2 oz | Simple syrup |
6 Drops | Dutch's Colonial Bitters |
1 Barspoon | Egg white |
Dry shake the egg white. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice. Shake, strain over ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with a rinsed Luxardo cherry. |
