1 1/2 oz KOVAL Bourbon
1/2 oz St. Germain
1/2 oz Maraschino
1/2 oz Lemon juice
Shake and strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass.
Garnish with a lemon peel

Under The Sun

1 1/2 oz KOVAL Bourbon
3/4 oz Yellow Chartreuse
1/2 oz Orgeat
1 oz Pineapple juice
2 Dashes Peychaud's bitters
Shake and strain over crushed ice.
1 dash Peychaud's bitters on top.
Orange peel & cherry garnish.

State & Main

2 oz KOVAL Bourbon
1/2 oz Punt e Mes
1/2 oz Cocchi Americano
1 oz Pineapple juice
2 Dashes Angostura Orange bitters
Stir & strain into a cocktail glass
Garnish with a cherry.

Kentucky Bug

2 oz KOVAL Bourbon
3/4 oz Fresh lemon juice
1 Medium fresh strawberry
2 Dashes Angostura bitters
Ginger Beer
Crush the strawberry in a shaker glass. Fill with ice and add all the ingredients except the ginger beer. Shake and double strain over ice into a chilled highball glass. Top with ginger beer.
