In addition to our staples, we also distill specialty spirits, seasonal releases, and limited editions. Our custom potstill creates aromatic eaux de vies, crisp rye vodka, beer schnapps, brandies, and liqueurs. The fruit brandies gain their inspiration from the hills and mountains of Austria, where they are enjoyed after meals and as an accompaniment to conversation. Our family has been part of this Austrian brandy tradition for over 40 years, and now we are dedicated to making the highest quality eaux de vie in America.
APPLE BRANDY
This classic American spirit, distilled from Gala apples and aged in an American Oak barrel previously filled with Lion’s Pride Organic Whiskey, has a beautiful light gold color. Perfect sipped neat or in a refreshing summery cocktail.
PEAR BRANDY
Distilled from 100% Williams pears, this unaged eaux de vie is made using the same Austrian methods Robert learned from his grandfather.
BIERBRAND
A classic German spirit, bierbrand has all but been forgotten in the United States until recently. Using our neighbors’ Dynamo Copper Lager (Metropolitan Brewery), this beer schnapps has a strong nose of hops and barley.
